1. I waited in the lounge room for shuttle to go back to my work place. After 1 hour, no one came to get me to shuttle. Then I went back to the service agent. He told me ' I saw the shuttle came back. No one got you to the shuttle? Did you stay in lounge room all time'. I was mad because I was in the lounge room all time. The service agent kind of rude to assume it is my fault.
2. I complained about shuttle service takes so long time, the service agent said 'the shuttle service is free without promise'. Actually I have been in other dealership and the shuttle service is actually much much faster than it.
There is another sentence from the service agent's mouth that I got mad about but I forgot what he said now. Anyway the service agent is rude. He didn't show any sense of apology for what has happened.

I finally recalled the third sentence the service agent said which drove me mad (actually he said this sentence before the other two sentences). When I came back to the agent and asked why the shuttle is so late, he said 'you are here only 15 or 20 minutes, right?'. He was hinting that my expectation on the shuttle service is unrealistic. Actually it has been more than 1 hour when I talked to him. He just had no sense of what is going on.
