It's almost a year since my husband is insured at home. At the beginning we are asked for the documents of the vehicle that we send in picture by email to the adviser, it is pointed out to him that it misses part of it (gray card) because the vehicle concerned is not yet with us, that we wisely wait at the garage where we bought it. He reminds us later that we have not sent anything yet and that as long as he does not have the registration card, no insurance. My husband told him that during his previous call the advisor told him that the registration could wait for the next day but that he still sent him in the mail with the other papers he was asking for but that as long as the Vehicle was not insured the garage would not let us go with (logical!). He then says that he will listen to the previous call and once done (I doubt it, we have not been allowed to listen to our own call!) He recalls never said that and my husband was lying, he even asked which garage it was because once again the counselor took him for a liar. Forcibly angry, he goes to the garage where our car is waiting, explains the situation to the boss and reminds his advisor to speak directly to the boss who told the advisor that he was a professional and that he will never let go someone with one of his cars without being sure that he was going to send him the car's registration card himself. My husband picks up the phone, not a single excuse for his pathetic behavior, not a single excuse for telling him that he was a liar. But it is not finished ! A month ago we move to 10 km from our old address, we quickly notify the insurance. Surprise we will pay 10 more! Whereas just before he was told that he was going to be able to benefit from a price a little lower because he had no disaster this year. '' Ah, sir, you pay more or less depending on the sector! "The city where we lived feared much more than where we are. To believe that we have landed in the Bronx! My husband does not agree and told him that he will go elsewhere "But sir you can not leave like this before the next birthday" (it's funny in their TV ad they say that c is not binding) after weirdly it was possible to return to the initial price and this morning and well I give it to you in thousand, the additional 10 were taken! So I strongly advise against euro insurance. I have never seen that it is shameful and you will see if we will not leave, we seek a new one and we go home and we are not ready to go back!
