Really bad experience I had to pay for a course I cancelled and they said they never received the materials back and they were asking me for the receipt from November. No email was sent to let me know what was happening and they said they send post that I never received. I paid the money but this are the first and last money they receive from me. From finance department they repeated the same thing over and over without listening. It was the first time I lost my temper while talking to a representative. Sales department did everything to sell me a course that didn t apply to my needs. I speak no Dutch and I was send a grammar and spelling course for Dutch but it is for Dutch speakers.
