This company provides a great opportunity for growth and advancement. Including competitive pay scale. I have obtained both my RBT training as well as my CBT certification at Hopeful Hands. The work environment is rewarding and diverse. The schedule is great. I find management to be responsive, caring, and supportive of staff. You can truly succeed if you desire!

Staff are replaced for Sitting around and doing nothing when the BCBA asked them to work and fill out forms correctly. Instead of doing the job of working one on one with the student some staff fill they don't have to work. Great staff members have no time to deal with the lazy.
