I would give a negative 500 Stars if it was possible! I'm a disabled veteran who broke my back in desert Storm and had money stolen from me by an eBay seller who is obviously a fraud because of his recent feedback profile. I asked eBay to step in 2 days before it said that they could step in with my evidence that the seller is a fraud, and my evidence clearly shows 100% that he is a fraud, and they still refuse to escalate it! I've spent over the past three years roughly $75,000 on eBay and this is the first time I've ever had a problem on a $5.21 transaction! ( I alsoaown a brick and mortar store) I don't care about the money, it's the principle of the matter, and it's the lack of caring from their customer service, or lack of customer service that I have a problem with! so here's what I'm going to do, I'm going to contact my lawyers because we are real estate agents and we do have lawyers on call, I'm also going to contact the u.s. secret service who deals with internet fraud and report eBay for aiding and abetting in a fraud felony! Wow, over $5.21! It's the principle of the matter, I broke my back in desert Storm defending their freedom, your freedom, our freedom, and this is the way I get treated! Unacceptable to magnitudes I can't even describe! PS, my sister works for ABC news and I am going to have this on national news soon!!!!!
