Worst Honda experience I've ever gone through. My car happened to break down midway to DC, and brought it to Martin Honda to get the alternator fixed. We told them we were in a rush, and it was very important we kept going. I even called in before to set up an appointment, but when I got there, they didn't hear of any appointment and even gave us the cold shoulder. They ended up charging us quite an outrageous price for the alternator and said we needed a new battery. However, they said that they didn't have the parts in stock, and we ended up renting a car to get to DC. Also, it wasn't finished until two days later, and we said we were in a rush. Best thing out of all of this is, my car isn't starting. So the original problem wasn't fixed.

Long story short, overpriced, rude, and didn't solve our problems.
