I see most of the comments are positive with some extremes of negative about Chris and his staff. I personally did a small renovation and expansion for the violin shop about 10 years ago. I am not a musical instrument player and I wouldn t be able to tell you what is good or bad. But when I did that renovation for Chris and his employees years ago, they are in my top five of clients I have worked for. If Chris called me today, I would show right up. I do not think it s fair and even true to call Chris a small time crook. With every interaction I had with him, he treated me with respect and was always fair. He actually took moments out of his day to explain his business and passion for these instruments. So I am not an expert on musical instruments but I can attest to the Chris s character.
