Steer clear from this company. They will waste your time and your money. The first loan originator quit in the middle of my refinance. Instead of being proactive and reassigning the accounts that the employee leaving had, The company decided to do nothing. It took to weeks of my phone calls to get the process restarted. None of my phone calls during this time were returned. The third time I left a message on the voice mail of the department manager Jeff Schnieder's voice mail my new loan officer called back a minute later. By this time it was too late. Interest rates had gone up. My refinance should have been closed by this time, instead I wasted $400 on an appraisal, not to mention the money I would have saved in the future. I called to complain but Jeff still doesn't return phone calls. My second loan officer gave me the number of her boss, Tim (no last name given, professional) whose voice mail has been full for two weeks. Can't even leave a message. Don't do business with this horrible company.
