My problems started day one, 08/21/19. After signing my contract and paying, once I returned home, there was a voice mail asking me to return to the office because the wrong things had been ordered along with the wrong price. My propane appliance was install on 10/04/19. I started having problems with the unit right away. The pilot light would not stay on. John had to make several trip here because of the problem. He finally determined the wrong burner and remote had been ordered again.

On 10/11/19, I received my bill from Tevis Energy with an amount due which I did not understand. I called Tevis Energy make an appointment with someone in accounting. I was told to come in and anyone in the front office could help. When I arrived along with Mr. Bernard Jones, we had to stand at the front counter to explain what my problem was. We were not offered the courtesy of a seat or privacy. The lady who tried to help me could not. I ended up returning to the Manchester office to meet with the manager to get the billing problem straighten out.

Finally the new burner and remote were installed on 12/20/19. So far everything seems to be fine. To me this took far too long
