My 30 kilo package was not delivered to the desire...

My 30 kilo package was not delivered to the desired delivery location. The doorbell did not ring. It wasn't even in the doorway, but on the doorstep, where anyone could take it. Had bad experiences with DPD a few times. After a few times I can now give the rating. Would like to give 0 stars. How am I supposed to get that package up as a woman? I have specified the desired location: Parking place: please ring the bell and in THIRD floor left in front of the door.
