I went to the Seven Oaks Hotel today with my elderly parents, we wanted to have lunch but I was worried about how I'd manage the carvery & my mother who has serious mobility problems. Well I needn't have worried at all, a lovely kind member of staff called Imelda did everything she could to help me, she was so attentive & so kind to my parents, she honestly couldn't have done any more. We really enjoyed our visit & will definitely be back!!!!!
