Review of Crowne Plaza Hotel Burlingame

From the time the driver picked us up from the air...

From the time the driver picked us up from the airport he was RUDE and not helpful. He sat as passengers struggled to get their bags (multiple) up into the van. I asked are you going to help. He stared off. He finally got up when the last bag was being loaded. He only helped 1 person w thier bags when we got off the van amd had no response when ppl said something. The front desk staff was very friendly but did not offer any advise or solution to the problem of the drivers attitude. The room was out dated w the wall paper pealing, furniture tattered and worn with smoker burns on furniture. Wouldn't recommend room not comfortable.
