Excellent experience from start to finish. As my lease was approaching an end on my M3 I knew the next car I wanted was going to the the m5. As a female who usually car shops alone or with other females I usually get treated differently at dealerships, they look at me like why would you want that car or the price you re looking to pay is extremely unattainable . This was not the case at Ridgefield. I was treated as an equal here. Mr. Mahoney took care of my deal and was very enthusiastic with me when I told him how I wanted my car , carbon roof,dark color, and he even suggested some things as well like the bowers and Wilkins sound system (which I love makes all the difference). He didn t have the car at the dealer but was able to locate one they had just finished production. I couldn t be happier. The car is amazing, the dealership is so helpful and the service department is top knot has as well. I am now a life long customer.
