A most informative and pleasant experience. I had an assessment , Dr Ehab Khattab was good at putting me at ease and was able to make me feel able to converse with him. He seemed empathetic and understanding , reassuring and prompting me where necessary.
The admin team were pleasant , welcoming and clearly good at what they do. A big thank you to all I came into contact with today. Most impressed, though i probably didnt show it.
