Do not use Valerie Mass as your realtor. She is extremely aggressive towards sellers. She will insult them to the point that the do not want to do business with you. I have first hand experience with her insulting not only the realtor on the other side but also practicing name calling in emails to the sellers. Her written communications are overly long and very rude. She promises that she will get you the best price on a home and does it in the most unconventional ways. She tries to put cosmetic items on inspection reports. This shows she has no clue what she is doing. She does not communicate what the sellers are trying to communicate to the buyers. She has her best interests in mind not yours. I would not trust Metro Brokers either. They employ people like this so that speaks volumes about who they are.
