Customer service great!
We checked in and realized it was a connecting room so there was a door in between the rooms but I didn t know what it was back then. Other than the weirdness of having a door that doesn t do anything in your room and directly connects to another stranger s room, we were able to hear the next door neighbor as they were quite loud.

Called the reception and they responded to change our room immediately although we had to wait in the same room until 17:00, not a problem at all.
Hotel gave us an upgrade during our stay and also wine.

Only recommendation is to well-informed the customers before they check -in, it wasn t too nice in the beginning.

Oh and the room cleaning service is from 9-17:00, be sure to kindly inform the customers this as well. We specially checked with the receptionist but this was not brought to our attention until we came back around 14:00 and the room was not cleaned yet, this could be nice to tell the guests too:)

Appreciate all the staffs and also the duty manager during the night shift - Tommy Lin for making our stay happier despite the confusions.

Will come back.
