I was first really impressed with the property her...

I was first really impressed with the property here at Roosevelt Row Apartments. Once I completed my scheduled tour with Maggie, I knew that this was the place for me.

The entire application process was extremely simple. In addition to Maggie, Alexis and Izzy were very helpful, communicative, and patient with ALL my questions. I had a few minor concerns and I must say that the manager, Veronica, offered the highest level of customer service.

After moving into Roosevelt Row, I was pleasantly surprised with the caliber of residents living here. I quickly realized that my fellow neighbors were the perfect clientele for my plant based meal plan service.

I explained to the Leasing Team that I wanted to host an event that would be beneficial for everyone involved. They shared that they offer professional and/or self-employed residents, just like myself, the opportunity to rent one of the shared spaces on the property for an event. I knew this could be a great opportunity.

I then worked directly with Izzy, Alexis, and Veronica on planning a Social Food Tasting Event for all the residents of Roosevelt Row. The process was so simple and I'm so appreciative to the Leasing Team for their willingness to understand my business and partner together for something really special. I highly recommend you do what I did... share your ideas about an event to host that will help make living here at Roosevelt Row that much better!
