Very Disappoiinted in this company.We have been without anyone for 4 months now...and both my wife and I are disabled.We have no help,we have had 1 interview with someone that works for OCCK and hadnt had a vaccine..which is appalling..We were supposed to interview someone else,who never called or showed up for the interview.So many of these people have arrest records,or are high when they come out..I would think that OCCK would screen their people better and get rid of the ones that are lazy,and dont want to work...So it would be easier to find someone really great to help out...Im not saying everyone is like this..But I will say the majority are that do In home services...I think OCCK should have their employees be accountable..And Hire folks that really want to work in Home.Its not fair to us that we cant find anyone decent to work for us,and everyone else..We are very flexible and easy going..But have yet to find anyone after this long.of being without someone.,its very disheartening...
