Good value but terrible customer service. Customer service is a big word for this company. I would say they are better without these people.

Tech support hung up on me.
I am an IT pro.
If i tell you I am not getting the full speed promised I am telling you an accurate info. I know how to test.

5:10PM 1/13/2021 - Call was ended by the rep.
All i want is for you to troubleshoot why I am not gettin g the speed as per contract. Previously I was getting speeds above that at my address. This is no an issue of my equipment. This is an assigned bandwith/signal issue on the company end.

The value of Acanac is still great but at the expense of poor customer service. Issues are infrequent.
