Been to auctions here a number of times. The friendly staff explained the process to us when we were newbies - never made you feel dumb. They will help you load bulky items but they can be busy so just be patient. Fantastic value for money. We've bought stuff for the garden, kitchen, dinning, etc. Saved a fortune. Maybe I should have given the place a bad rap to discourage competition at auction time? :)
