Holy moly. I don t normally leave reviews, but I feel like I should after our experience tonight. I m not sure how this place has such good reviews. We made a reservation, got seated and waited 10 mins at our booth without anyone greeting us. We decided to move to the bar just to give it one more chance in case the server was super busy. The service was even worse at the bar. I ordered a martini, and they gave me a drink in a cocktail glass with a straw and it was terrible. That terrible drink alone was another 10 min wait. Once we finally decided to leave, we saw people sat in our previous spot with an appetizer AND drinks. At that point we hadn t even been asked for food. Apparently customer service isn t important or they just pick and choose who they decide to wait on. We will not be back.
