I came to an apt two times ago for an appointment ...

I came to an apt two times ago for an appointment that had been cancelled with no notification - no email or call. I called and rescheduled an appointment and received a $25 fee. The next time I rescheduled, I received a $40 fee for the same reschedule time frame. The front desk receptionist has no customer service skills. For a psychiatric office, the first face you see should be welcoming - not belittling.
