Very much a my way or the highway attitude at Service America! We scheduled our service appointment a week and a half early so we could have the service performed on a Saturday, right before the appointment SA cancelled it, I rescheduled with a supervisor who would not give me another Saturday appointment even though bathroom was leaking and not able to use. The supervisor then did not put the new appointment on the books so no one showed up for new appointment! We had to wait another week before we could get a technician and now we are still waiting for parts to arrive so he can finish. Unfortunately the attitude there is very much their way or the highway and take it or leave it. Unfortunate - we will be switching home service contract companies.
