This review is on the service level specifically: it's not normal for a bottle of water to be served 20 mins late and after asking 3 times, or for a piece of steak to be served 50 mins after the order is placed, what's worse is the waiters taking the orders arguing and believing so deep inside they can't help much because a different set of waiters do the serving part!! I looked around to see is it only me, but all tables looked to have the same frustration of completely lost and helpless waiters. To be fair, the food quality is good and the singer was great, overall the ambience is nice but servicing needs a serious boost.
