Service was horrendous. I ordered 4 orders of mac and cheese and the staff "forgot" our order. I went up to notify the staff that we had been waiting about a half hour to be served and people had already eaten and left in the time we were waiting. No satisfaction. I went up again and notified the staff that we still werent served. I was told that the machine taking the order was "frozen" when we placed our order. Apparently it wasnt frozen for anyone else that placed an order and apparently the payment machine wasnt "frozen" because our payment was processed but not our food order. Forty five minutes later they came out with our food. Not worth the extraordinarily long wait. The staff did nothing to rectify the situation.
