We went there for lunch and chose the lunch menu, a mix of rolls and sashimi that one can choose from a wide selection of Japanese fish and seafood (eel, tuna belly, etc.). Fantastic quality of fish, very attentive service (cup of green tea is exchanged for a new cup as soon as a quarter has been consumed), but long wait (roughly 40 minutes). Very tasty desserts. Tipping is NOT allowed (as service is supposed to be included in Japanese culture).
