Ordered parts for my riding mower 8/11, all were in stock according to the website. Got a email the next day saying a bolt was out of stock ( a common 5/16 bolt btw), and the order would be delayed 2-10 days. Ten business days (12 days) later I get a email saying the bolt is still out of stock due to extended vendor delays, but I can email and they'll ship a partial order. I emailed, no response. A week goes by, another email saying it's delayed. We're now at 23 days after ordering, when the website says 2-4 day shipping. I email, no response. Three days go by, so I call. 19 minutes on hold until someone answered. The guy was polite, and cancelled my order per my request. My local dealer had all the parts in three days after ordering them. Pros- great website, easy ordering online. Cons- no customer service via email, long wait on phone, and almost a month of waiting with no parts shipped. They did refund my credit card promptly.
