The people we dealt with (Nico and a sales manager), while trying to pick up a car we purchased, were so incredibly rude. They refused to hand over the car and would not respect the sales contract. Most of the staff were not wearing masks and not respecting the 6 feet distancing rules. They claimed they needed evidence that we had paid for and picked up the car beyond the sales contract, the payment, and us literally picking up the car. They made us wait for over half an hour to find a sales manager. It was the absolute worst customer experience I've ever had. I'd give zero stars if I could.
