When I walk into an establishment I like to feel welcomed and valued regardless of the size of my wallet. After two weeks of no luck while car shopping, we definitely became pessimistic. They reassured us that they were there to help and they will do everything in their power to get us in a vehicle.
The moment we stepped out of the car we were greeted and assisted.
We were there for four hours with our nine year old and they were even attentive to him. They have a play room, which is a plus. And I must say, it had to have been a sound proof room because I hadn't even noticed it was there.
Russel and Robert you guys are the truth! We can't thank you enough. You guys are phenomenal! When you get outstanding customer service like this, you just want to scream it from the rooftops just so that everyone else can share in your experience.
