We ordered 4 simple meals and three of them were terrible. 'Toast' was not toasted, eggs were undercooked and 'fried' banana was uncooked. Our waitron was tardy and the manager was unapologetic and unsure. The restaurant was slowing down at our time of order just after the lunch rush so understandably the kitchen and staff may have been tired, but the experience was simply bad. I do usually enjoy mug and bean but their standards have of recent been deteriorating. I hope they can somehow return to their former quality.
