I've been with lancer with 2yrs now and about to renew my policy again. Me and my agent had some words about them not dropping my rates but I checked others and they were around the same cost. The difference is when I needed lancer to help with a flooded truck they didn't question it they paid it right away we got the truck repaired and it's still on road today. My truck is 15yrs old they want an inspection on it yearly now which don't bother me since we keep it up. I've found that after they gave me a renewal qoute they didn't raise it on me kept it fair. Loyalty to me is worth more then saving few dollars. Thanks lancer for being good to me and my company.
