Great tour of a working distillery in Dublin. Very interesting story about the heyday, decay and now new growth of the Irish Whiskey market. Founded in 2015, all very new but with a taste of history.
Between the tour Small Batch ( 15) and Trinity ( 20) I recommend the second. For just a little more, you try 3 versions that are worth it. Guide with great knowledge and very attentive service.
