We stopped at Teeling in the late afternoon on a Sunday. The exhibits on the main floor are cool, and the whiskey bar upstairs was wonderful. We tasted some excellent whiskeys, including the rarer options like the reserve and brabazon series. Our only regret was that we didn't buy the limited series because we thought they would be at the duty-free, but then we left from Shannon and couldn't find what we wanted. My wife had probably the best Irish coffee that she will ever have at the bar as well. The tour/tasting option seemed a bit expensive and/or slow, but you can opt out and go straight to the bar like we did. Oh, and the whiskey is very very good and has some different flavors owing to the various aging materials and methods.
