We lived at Progress Terrace managed by C&R. I found their on-site staff to be nice enough but under trained in Property Management Law. The Cooperate office is an absolute joke. Whoever handles the front desk is completely unprofessional and every time I called their office I just got the run around. Always told to leave a message for Eric...who was NEVER there. The one time I was able to speak to Eric he said someone else would take care of us and then our problem was never resolved. The "problem" was just simply getting a receipt showing that our account with them was paid in full. I would say be very careful with this company and know the laws and your rights. The next call C&R is going to get in regards to us is going to be from an Attorney.
