Tom Bastable Review of Masters Academy Plymouth

After attempting to phone the academy three times, with no answer or returned phonecalls, we've opted to cancel our childs membership after they continuously used my child as a communication tool to send messages home. I received an email from the studios owner to explain their undeclared membership fee schedule, however never received another email from him after I complained about his staff using my son as a communication tool. I decided to ask various community leaders that I know in the area about Masters Academy and none of it was positive. A lot of previous members call it a money-pit, and a few elderly prominent members of the arts have seen that the owner (Anton) has been known to discuss parents and their parenting skills publicly on his facebook page (I've also seen various posts for myself negatively addressing parenting decisions and childrens hobbies). After contacting the management company for the Academy I've been forced to pay for another month to abide by their notice period of one month - another money grab. I'd definitely recommend avoiding this studio and looking elsewhere like we are currently - I was also informed that tuition is higher grade and cheaper at another studio which we shall be moving to.
