The Atlanta History center is full of amazing pieces from the city's past. Be sure to take an entire day to experience all that the center has to offer. The Swan House takes you back in time to the 1930's and the Smith farm takes you back to life during the civil war. There is so much to learn about the history of Atlanta that it can seen overwhelming. Here's a tip: entry into the history center is free the first full weekend of the month if you are a Bank of America card holder!!!
