Very disappointed with the treatment received by this hotel. I have canceled the reservation that I had already paid, taking advantage that they cannot continue with my reservation due to an error in the price rate, an error on their part. A lot of hotel luxury, and a shameful attention. Notice because it can happen to anyone. They hide behind a law that protects in which they say they can cancel you and return the money. And so calm. But with that money now where do I book?
