Everyone from Anthony Tucci to Stephanie DiPietro and all in between( pipeline team) were nice and courteous to work with. Had some bumps along the way but all worked out. A little confused on a couple of things though....? my closing fees where estimated to be about 5K, but according to final paperwork was over 15K. And was not told all specs on how my FHA loan( extra insurance) payments worked( up front cost and then every month for next 11 years.....?) After closing, I received a follow up call explaining everything to me and was much more at ease after conversation.
Meridian is a fine company to do business with and I appreciate all there follow up calls.
