My name is Dipankar De and I am dealing with Empire Chase from last 6 years.
Everyone says that they are very understanding about customer's need but in reality very few people actually do it. Empire chase is one of them who actually understood my situation more than once and supported me beyond my expectation.

Naz manages Empire Chase. Naz has helped me more than a friend in my life and that is also in many occasions. As an estate agent he didn't have to do that. I work in hospitality sector from last 15 years but never seen a commitment and dedication like him. I was in a very bad emergency situation and Naz left his own son's 1st birthday celebration to find me a flat in London at 10 pm in the night. If he didn't do that I would have been on the street that night with my family. He made a contract ready within 10 mins at 10 pm which is unbelievable. There are so many examples I can give where he helped me beyond my expectations. These are not at all just for money. He really knows the real meaning of a "Customer service" and "Humanity"
