Sears is an overall good company. I know sometimes the employees do get nasty sometimes with some customers. If you start sounding rude to the technicians that are trying to do their work, they feel that they rather talk to someone that is more polite. Sears has been around for many years. We should all remember the old saying. "Do undo others as you would want them to do unto you."
