I made an appointment for just a simple oil change...

I made an appointment for just a simple oil change. I made the appointment due to covid and having to bring my baby with me to get this done. It took over and hour to get the oil changed. I was frustrated I had to wait so long when there were people who were coming in without appointments. To me...what was the point in making an appointment? I scheduled this so I could get it done fast and not have my baby out long during a pandemic. I don t have family around so I didn t have a choice. I had to bring him.
