Went for Sunday lunch and arrived when only two other customers were in the shop. Talk about impersonal service! Waiting staff said not one word to us, no hint of a smile or any expression really. She just plopped down the ipad-type menu and retreated to sit behind the bar with her back to us while we figured out how to use the thing. It was our first time ordering in that way and we took some time to figure it out. Of course no offer of water until we finally asked, even though it would have been obvious how hot we were on arrival. Not a word when the same robot came and dropped the print-out of our order on the table, no word when another robot brought the food. What a shame to have such poor front staff, as the food in fact was quite good and in good-sized portions. Too bad, not good enough to get us to return. The one star is for the chef - it would have been 3 or 4 but the front staff robbed him/her of the others.
