I have just spoken to a ridiculous man called Johan in the contact centre. Whilst trying to make sense of payments that are outstanding, I mentioned it seemed like no one seems to know what is going on - he became defensive and told me the council has done nothing wrong and he didn't accept what I was saying. He told me I was in the wrong and was very rude. He talked over me. He did not help me with my query and he hung up on me. This is after being on hold for about 25 minutes to speak to him in the first place. I am outraged.
