I suppose it was cool to see the mall underground ...

I suppose it was cool to see the mall underground and a bit of the culture, but then I got confronted by an almost turf war outside when you exit next to Payless.

There were like 10 stores in the mall, and a large quantity of street vendors inside.

Wouldn't recommend it. Especially for the 7 dollar parking I was charged.
