We entered into a monthly Managed Service Agreement with Mino IT and are continually thankful that we did. Our contract with Mino IT means we always have help on hand immediately and consequently have little or no downtime. We have regular meetings with Keith ensuring that our IT needs are kept up to date. Mino IT has taken all the stress of worrying about our computers out of our lives and freed up time for us to concentrate on our business. They are a pleasure to deal with.
