Absolutely disgusting. Chose to stay here for my wedding night. Booked in December for one night. Paid when I made the booking in December. Upon departure in march they charged my card again. I let them know straight away they double charged me and the customer service representative gave me a careless response saying "oh that will be refunded in a couple of days". Feeling exhausted, having just got married the night before, I didn't question it further. Seemed like a normal thing they did. A couple of days after, going into honeymoon mode I get an email saying they are not refunding me as I didn't check in!!!! Not only that, but when I called to clear everything up I was passed on to four different people where I had to explain the whole scenario over ten times. Not exaggerating. Then a manager came to the phone saying "who's this"not even introducing herself. I then spoke to the person who sent the email who explained they would give me a discount???? But what for. You charged us twice. Then spoke to another manager who said " well because it was your wedding night we will refund you but you booked two rooms" ???? I then had to forward email confirmation that I asked for one room. Finally got a refund and not even a formal apology. Should have refunded me the whole amount. My dad used to stay here but he won't now. Neither will his friends or mine. Not a good way to start our married life together. Absolutely disgusting. Will keep sharing as I'm so so disappointed.
