Fantastic value for money, really well organised, we had plenty of space and time...I'm pretty sure we met the real father Christmas, if not, it might have been his brother but he was such a lovely man.
The reindeer were beautiful and friendly, the elves were great and my son going for a walk with Carter the tortoise was a highlight for him.
I will definitely go back with my family next year.

Everything else was included in the fabulous price.
Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy. Definitely a day to remember. It helped that it snowed that day - our little one thinks he visited the real north Pole
