Terrible experience, Avoid at all costs !!!!!

I was involved into motorcycle collision that wasn't my fault (recorded on go pro).

I took them 60 emails, 30 phone calls and more then 4 months to assess the damage and 6 months to fix my motorcycle.

At that time 4-th dimension rep miss-sold me a motorcycle rental, promising that 3rd party insurance company will cover all costs. Now they are not able to recover money and I need to be involved in court case.

All experience felt like, I am running the case for them and now It feels like I need to defend myself in court even though accident wasn't my fault and there are 9k of outstanding rental costs.

Do not believe them, do not trust them, do not use them.

COMPLETE COWBOYS!!!!!!
