I know a person that works here, but I am not going to say which department they're working in. She/He is treated very poorly, sometimes even comes home crying. A lot of people who don't understand English very well get treated badly here. I study health and social care (level 3) and from the information I got from some people there are many forms and types of abuse going on here. The abuse taking place is emotional abuse, psychological abuse, institutional abuse, neglect and financial abuse. If you want to work here then get ready for these to happen to you. There are a lot of vulnerable adults working here who sometimes do not understand what is said and for some of the menagers it is quite funny~. When I do finish my course I will do anything to stop people getting abused in an environment where people work to feed their families.
