My experience at this facility has been nothing short of awful each time I ve visited. First, I came here myself for their degree burns on my foot. I waited two full hours before being triaged, and three and a half before a doctor saw me to discuss pain management. THIRD DEGREE BURNS exposed in this disgustingly kept ER for nearly four hours before a physician even greeted me.
Now, for try number two, my husband and I have been here counting on FIVE hours. He s having a testicular torsion. He was refused treatment in the beginning, and we have yet to see any qualified provider aside from a nurse. Thank god for that nurse because she forced the ER doctor to provide a dose of Tylenol before transporting us back from our ultrasound. My husband was in so much pain during his ultrasound the tech had meds delivered to the room for the first time in her career. I can not believe the gross mishandling of patients at this facility. I m watching multiple staff members trade jokes about the smell of patients, how busy it is, how much they hate their jobs. I HOPE someone reaches out to me about this because I m literally disgusted by our treatment.
